Welcome to Nurflix! We provide a personalized subscription service that allows members to stream content over the internet to various compatible devices (“Nurflix-ready devices”).

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. By accessing or using the Nurflix service, you agree to comply with these Terms. References to “Nurflix service,” “our service,” or “the service” include all features, functionalities, recommendations, reviews, websites, user interfaces, content, and software associated with Nurflix.

1.1 Eligibility and Requirements
Your Nurflix membership continues until it expires or is canceled. To access our service, you need internet access, a Nurflix-ready device, and a valid Payment Method. Unless canceled before the renewal date, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for the upcoming billing cycle (see Cancellation below).

1.2 Plans and Promotions
We offer various membership plans, including promotional plans or those bundled with third-party services. Specific terms and conditions for each plan will be shared during sign-up. Nurflix is not responsible for third-party services or their offerings. You can view details about your membership on the Account page of our website.

1.3 Access Code System
Nurflix memberships can now be activated using access codes. These codes are available for purchase through our appointed partners. Upon purchase, you will receive the access code via email, SMS, or other communication channels used by the appointed partner. To activate your Nurflix membership:

• Visit the registration page on the Nurflix website.
• Enter your access code during the sign-up process.
• Follow the instructions to complete your account setup.

• Access codes are valid for the specified duration (e.g., 12 months) as indicated at the time of purchase.
• Access codes are non-refundable and must be redeemed by the purchaser or the intended recipient.
• For issues related to access codes, please contact the partner from whom the code was purchased.

2.1 Eligibility
Free trials are currently unavailable. Nurflix reserves the right to reintroduce free trials during promotional campaigns, which will be subject to the terms specified at the time of the campaign. Any announcements regarding free trial availability will be communicated through official Nurflix channels.

2.2 Automatic Billing
At the end of your free trial, the membership fee for the next billing cycle will be charged to your Payment Method unless you cancel before the trial ends. Visit your Account page for details about your trial period and membership fees.

3.1 Billing Cycle
Membership fees and any additional charges (e.g., taxes, transaction fees) are billed based on your subscription plan. Billing dates may vary due to failed payments or differing monthly lengths. Check your Billing details for your next payment date.

3.2 Payment Methods
You must maintain a valid Payment Method. If your primary method is declined, we may charge a backup method. Failed payments may lead to suspension of access until resolved.

3.3 Updates to Payment Methods
You can update your Payment Method on the Account page. Following updates, you authorize us to continue charging the updated method.

3.4 Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime through the Account page. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and no credits are issued for unused service or unwatched content.

3.5 Price Changes
Nurflix may adjust subscription prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice.

4.1 Personal Use
Nurflix is for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared outside your household. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service during your membership.

4.2 Geographic Availability
Content availability may vary by location and is subject to licensing agreements. Streaming is only permitted in regions where Nurflix operates.

4.3 Updates and Testing
Our service, including content and features, is regularly updated. Occasionally, we may test new features or functionalities.

4.4 Offline Viewing
Certain titles are available for download on supported devices. Restrictions apply, including limits on devices, titles, and viewing periods.

4.5 Prohibited Activities
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use the content for unauthorized purposes. Hacking, bypassing protections, or reverse-engineering the service is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

4.6 Streaming Quality
Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device capabilities. Minimum and recommended speeds for SD, HD, and Ultra HD are available on our website. You are responsible for any internet data charges.

The account owner is responsible for maintaining control over their Nurflix account, including managing device access and ensuring account information is accurate. Nurflix may terminate or place accounts on hold to protect against fraud.

The Nurflix service is provided “as is” without warranty. Service interruptions or errors may occur. These terms do not override your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where permitted by law, claims against Nurflix must be filed individually and not as part of a class or representative action.

8.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

8.2 Unsolicited Materials
Nurflix does not accept unsolicited ideas or content submissions and is not responsible for similarities with its programming.

8.3 Customer Support
For assistance, visit the Help Center on our website. In case of discrepancies, these Terms control.

8.4 Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

8.5 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8.6 Electronic Communications
Account-related notices will be sent electronically, such as via email.
